Most packages do not include these files for things like scene or overlay designs. However, if files are included you would need to have Adobe products like Photoshop/After Effects to open and edit these files.

Our goal is to provide products that allow you to create a stream without the need for professional image editing and motion graphics software.

If you want to add the text on the overlay/scene you can add it via your streaming software without an image editing program.
