If you want to manually setup Overlays or edit your existing overlay it’s pretty simple.
When you log in to the StreamElements please navigate to the “My Overlays” on the left side menu.
If you want to create a new overlay please click on the “Create Blank Overlay” on the top right side blue button.
Default resolution is 1080px
StreamElements overlays are 1920×1080 but you can resize them if needed in the OBS/SLOBS
Give a name to your overlay and start adding widgets you need (text, images, videos, etc…)

If you want to add an image, you can click the + blue circle on the left side of the area and select STATIC/CUSTOM –> Add Image
You can drag the image by clicking on the blue outlines and just dragging it.
Or if you have a specific size, click on the “Settings” and add specific values there.
